1 lb. soft Cheddar cheese 1 lb. cream cheese 1/4 lb. blue cheese 1/4 lb. smoked cheese (I have found this in a tube) 1 scant T. prepared mustard 1 T. onion salt Add a little port, the recipe calls for 1 T.
Mix altogether and form into a cheese ball or even a couple of them. You should be able to freeze this also.
