3 1/2 c. flour 4 eggs 2/3 c. milk
2 T. baking soda 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 15oz
1 T. salt
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 c. sugar
1 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. Crisco oil (cholesterol free)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl -- set aside.
Combine oil, eggs, milk, pumpkin in small bowl and mix well. Stir pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients just until combined. Stir in cranberries
(add nuts of you like). Pour into 8 greased and floured 4"x2"x1 1/2"pans or 2 large loaf pans.
Bake at 325degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
