Ingredients:  
1 small box instant, fat free french vanilla pudding
1 small box instant, fat free plain vanilla pudding
4 cups skim milk
3/4 fat free sour cream
1-12 oz. container of low fat cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple (in its own juice) slightly drained
2 bananas sliced and soaking in drained pineapple juice
1 box reduced fat vanilla wafers
1/2 cup roasted pecans
a few maraschino cherries(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Gently fold in sour cream. Place wafers in dish. Add bananas, then 1/2 of pudding. Repeat with wafers, then add pineapple instead of bananas. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Decorate with cherries. (this makes a small one)
