1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
2 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 c. plus 2 T. milk
4 tsp. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Combine the egg substitute, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until the second side is golden brown.
