1 cup soy sauce
2 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
9 tbsp. lemon juice
celery salt
pepper
diced onions or dry onions

Mix ingredients and marinate for at least 48 hours, but even 2-3 hours of time before grilling is good.
