Top end beef or pork ribs in the vacuum packed bags
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Preheat oven to 400º

Fill a large pot about 1/3 full and bring to a boil. Add vinegar, liquid smoke and ribs. Simmer for 1 hour. 50 minutes if next putting on the grill.

Remove ribs from water and place on a large cooking sheet or baking dish and slather with BBQ sauce on both sides.

Place in oven for 20 minutes. If grilling, cook on medium-high heat just until brown.
