3 T. pan drippings and oleo
3 T. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the pan drippings in the skillet (the one you just fried the chicken in), adding butter if necessary and scraping up any brown bits in the pan. Stir in the flour and blend, cooking over low heat until lightly browned. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for about 7 minutes.
