Stir:

10 c. rolled oats
4 c. rolled wheat oats
2 c. wheat germ
1 c. sesame seeds, toasted
1 1/4 c. coconut, unsweetened
2 c. raw sugar
Chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds), raisins (or dried blueberries or craisins)- 1 c. each. Take out or add whatever you like.

Mix together and pour over granola:

1/3 c. honey
1 TB. salt
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. warm water
1 TB. vanilla

Stir well and spread onto 2 cookie sheets. Bake appx. 1 1/2 hours at 250º until crisp and lightly brown, stirring every 20 minutes.
