2 14 oz. cans of sliced peaches in light syrup, with juice
1 19 oz. can of red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 19 oz. can of white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 19 oz. can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 14 oz. can of baked beans in tomato sauce
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless turkey thighs or breasts cut into 1 inch pieces

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except turkey meat in a 5 to 7 quart slow cooker. Add turkey, stir well. Cook on 'Low' for 8 to 10 hours, or on 'High' for 4 to 5 hours.
(If you are in a hurry, you can combine all ingredients except turkey in slow cooker dish, cover, and chill in the fridge overnight).

This is a very tasty stew that is quite healthy (try adding more peaches for extra flavour and moisture to stew mixture). Cooking on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours is preferred as turkey is very tender once stew is ready to eat.
