1/4 cup and 2 tbsp. butter (melted)
2 cups sugar (divided)
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
3/4 cup milk
2 cups sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 2 quart baking dish. Combine 1 cup of sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk. Pour batter over butter. Combine peaches and other cup of sugar. Spoon over batter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour in a preheated oven.
