1 large can solid white Albacore in water.
5 T butter or margarine
1/3 c flour
1 T garlic powder
1 1/2 salt. To taste
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix together in medium/large sauce pan over medium/low heat. Add 3 cups milk and stir in. Bring to a boil and see if consistency is OK. Can adjust with more milk or flour.

Add 1 c medium cheddar cheese grated
4 hard boiled eggs chopped large pieces
1/3 pkg egg noodles cooked. Add slowly amount is up to each person.
