1 pkg. shredded hash browns
3.4 lb. sausage, browned and drained
7 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 tbs. melted butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: May add onions, peppers, mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs, milk and butter. Layer sausage in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover sausage with potatoes. Pour egg mixture over and top with cheese. Bake 1 hour in 350' oven.
