1 can Rokeach Sweet Gold Label gefilte fish (27oz-8 pieces)
2 medium onions, chopped
4 carrots peeled and sliced
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make a bed of onions and carrots with 1/2 can of gel and 1/4 cup water in pan with onions skins and pepper - boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add fish and simmer 30 more minutes.
