1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
Crushed ice
2 cups brewed espresso, chilled
6 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
1 cup milk or half-half, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar and water over heat until dissolved-about 5 minutes-cool syrup completely.

Fill glasses halfway with ice-pour espresso over.

Depending on personal preferences-add 1 tablespoon sugar syrup, 1 tablespoon amaretto and milk accordingly.
