one package of frozen chopped spinach
one tablespoon chopped onion
one teaspoon of cider vinegar
sour cream

©Cook spinach in a small amount of water with chopped onion. Drain well. Return to saucepan, add vinegar and sour cream to taste. It is good.

This is called Spinach Surprise because even people who don't like spinach like it. It is so easy to make but it looks like you spent hours making it. I can't take credit for it. I think a version of it originated years ago in the I Hate to Cook Cookbook.
