1 lb. (6 cups) of Garden Rotini
1 c. Ranch dressing
¾ c. Barbecue sauce
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
½ c. bell pepper, diced
½ c. scallions, minced
½ c. red onions, julienne
½ c. cucumbers- peeled, seeded, diced
½ c. bacon, cooked and chopped in large pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste

Cook Garden Rotini according to package directions. When pasta is “al dente” (firm to the bite), drain and rinse with cool water to stop cooking. Drain off excess water thoroughly.
