1 each red, yellow and green peppers chopped evenly
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 chopped avocado

One hour prior to serving, toss with:
1 tsp coarse salt (kosher salt is good)
4 dashes of Tabasco, or to taste
2 tsp fresh lime juice

Directions:

Make sure all the ingredients are chopped to about the same size. Mix ingredients together. One hour prior to serving, stir in salt, Tabasco and lime juice. Make ahead and store in refrigerator for best flavour.

Serve with assorted tortilla chips.
