1 c soft margarine
2 c sugar
2 eggs
3 c self-rising flour
3/4 c milk
4 mashed ripe bananas
2 tbsp Karo Syrup (clear)
1 c nuts

Icing:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c confectioners sugar
1 c granulated sugar
12 oz. cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla
*a few drops yellow food coloring for creamy color
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat one at a time. Alternately add flour, milk and bananas. Add Karo syrup and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. in 3 sprayed 9 in. pans. Cool.

Whip cream cheese and sugars together, add cool whip. Add vanilla and food coloring. Spread on cold layers.
