1 box Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together well and bake at 325 degrees for 25 min. in 3 (9-in.) pans sprayed with Pam. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1- 4.4 oz. Hershey bar chopped
1 tsp vanilla

Cream together first 3 ingredients, add remaining ingredients. Frost and refrigerate.
