2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 c. all purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 c sour cream

Chocolate Icing:
2 1/2 c sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk
5 heaping tbsp. flour
1 small can Pet milk
7 level tbsp. cocoa
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Alternate with sour cream beating well, add vanilla. Bake in 6 sprayed 9 in. pans at 350 degrees for 14 min.
Cool.

Icing: Mix sugar, flour and cocoa well, add milk, vanilla, and butter. Cook in bowl in microwave for 7 to 8 min. depending on how thick you want it. Spread on cold cake layers. Stir with wooden spoon.
