4-6 Choice Cut Ribeye’s
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Oregano
2 Tbsp dried Parsley
12oz. can of Beer (Regular)
Sea Salt & Course Ground Pepper
1 1/2 c. A-1 Steak Sauce (Optional)
Great addition for flavor and taste great!!!

Mix Ingredients and marinate steaks for 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Remove steaks place on hot grill 3-5 min each side for cuts ½” or less, 5-6 minutes for cuts ¾” and up. If using A-1 baste each side, turn off all burners except one or reduce heat and place steaks on a higher level if you do not have a higher level on your grill place steaks on a burner that has been turned off slow cook until done.
Great to eat with loaded bake potatoes & salad. (See my Shrimp & Bacon Salad recipe)
