4 pound pork shoulder picnic
2 cans regular cola (not diet)
1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crock pot with vegetable spray.
Trim visible fat from pork. Place roast in crock pot. If larger than four pounds, cut in half and put cut edges down on bottom of the pot. Pour cola over roast and cover and cook on low 8-10 hour. Once cooked, take two forks and shred meat. Add your favorite barbecue sauce and warm thoroughly.
