Sliced bread
Vegemite
Finely grated cheese
Butter
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the crusts of the bread and butter the slices. Spread the vegemite on and then add the finely grated cheese. Sprinkle with saltand pepper. Cut into strips. Cook in a moderate oven for around 5 - 10 minutes. When cooked let cool on a wire rack. These will keep for at least two weeks in an airtight container.
