500g lean beef
500g sausage mince
1 grated onion,carrot and zucchini
1 teaspoon mixed herb
1 egg
large squeeze bbq sauce
large squeeze sweet chili sauce
3 cloves garlic crushed
salt and pepper to taste
3 light puff pastry sheets
sesame,poppy,or grated cheese to top.(optional)

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
Lightly grease baking tray.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Easier with hands, to mix every flavor through.
Once pastry is thawed, cut in half.
Using a teaspoon place portions of meat mix in the centre of each pastry piece.
Roll the pastry over, making sure the meat mix is sealed inside.
With sharp knife, cut into two or four and lightly score top of each with knife.
OPTIONAL Brush sausage rolls with mixed egg and top with cheese, sesame, or poppy seeds.
Bake in oven at 200º for 1/2 hour to 45min or until golden brown.
