6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup flaked tuna fish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 TBS Butter at room temperature
1 TBS mince parsley
1/2 garlic minced
1 TBS mayonnaise
Lemon juice and tabasco or cayenne - to taste
salt and pepper
capers

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil eggs, slice in half, remove yolks and shred in food processor till fine. Add tuna, mustard, butter, parsley, garlic and mayonnaise, mix into paste. Add lemon juice and tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
Fill eggs eith the above mixture.
Trim each egg with 3 capers
