4 eggs well beaten
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c flour
2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
1 (7 oz) pkg coconut

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine and mix well all ingredients. Pour into (2) 9-inch pie plates and bake for 30 minutes or until done. Leave out the coconut and it will be egg custard.
