1 can artichoke hearts in water
8 oz cream cheese
cup sour cream
cup mayonnaise
garlic to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and finely chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with crackers and/or bread, such as baguette slices. Not exactly low fat, but very yummy!
