"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Put chicken into baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic pepper.
Pour bar-b-que sauce over chicken
fill empty bottle with water and add to the pan.
Bake covered for 45 minutes. Baste the chicken ever so often. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes more so top can brown.I serve the sauce the chicken cooked in as gravy over the chicken and mashed potatoes. Its good

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a easy dish to make. Doesn't require much attention Especially if you are cooking for a crowd. Just add more chicken and more sauce. I use Kraft bar-b-que but you can use any kind
