2 1/2 c. sliced cooked potatoes (unsalted)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs - chopped
2 T Pickle relish, (sweet)
1/2 c. celery

Directions:
Combine sugar and vinegar and sprinkle over hot potatoes. Blend salt, onion, celery seed and mayonnaise into potatoes. Fold in eggs, relish and celery. Refrigerate
