2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
1 c. water
4 T. (1/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, eggs, salt, sour cream, baking soda and vanilla. Mix well. In a saucepan, combine margarine, water and cocoa. Bring to a boil, then add all at once to flour mixture and mix well. Pour batter into greased jelly roll pan (10x15). Bake in oven at 350º for 20 minutes. As cake bakes, prepare icing, then spoon over warm cake.

Icing - 1/2 cup (1 stick margarine)
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa
6 tbls milk
1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Heat margarine, cocoa, and milk just to a boil, stirring constantly, then stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on warm cake.
