1˝ lb. chicken pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
12 large mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. chicken Bovril
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Pre-season chicken at least 1 hr. Brown chicken all sides in skillet. Remove from pan and keep warm. Pour off excess fat; sauté onion, then mushrooms. Add ˝ c. boiling water to veggie mixture and stir to get brown bits from pan. Add soup, Bovril and season to taste. Mix well. Return chicken to pan. Simmer, stirring often, until chicken cooked thoroughly.
