French Toast Casserole Recipe

1 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. milk ( can use milk and half and half)
white bread

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir. Layer 6 slices of bread. Pour 1/2 of eggs and 1/2 of milk over bread. Layer 6 more slices of bread and pour remaining eggs and milk over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 350' for 45 minutes.

Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
