2 heads torn Romaine lettuce 2 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup coarsely grated Swiss cheese 2/3 cup toasted slivered almonds 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 pound bacon, fried and crumbled 1 cup croutons
Dressing: juice of 1 lemon 3 crushed garlic cloves 3/4 cup salad oil salt & pepper
Mix dressing ingredients. Toss salad and top with croutons.
