4 strips bacon, diced
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
chopped parsley
2 tbsp butter (or more)
1 oz white wine
1 oz brandy or cognac
1 oz heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
250 gr uncooked spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crispy; add garlic and onion and saute. Stir in tomatoes, green onions and parsley; cook for a few minutes. Add the butter and white wine. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti until "al dente".

When sauce is ready, add cognac and flambé . Add cream to pan and stir. Drain spaghetti and add to sauce in skillet. Toss and serve.
