4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons caraway seeds (optional)
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Form into ball. Place on baking sheet. Bake 325' for 1 hour.
