1 tsp ground cayenne
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp dried oregano
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 large tomato, coarsely chipped
1 lb shrimp
1/4 cup chicken stock
3 cups cooked rice

In a small bowl, combine seasonings. Clean shrimp. Run under cold water. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet on high, combine butter, garlic and worchestershire. Add seasoning mix. When butter is melted, add the chopped tomato and then add the shrimp.
