10 large potatoes 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 stick butter
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes; cook until tender. Drain the potatoes. In a large pan or bowl, combine all ingredients and mash together until smooth. Pace in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
