1 pkg. fancy spring mix lettuce
extra sliced romaine lettuce
1 apple (thinly sliced and diced)
red seedless grapes cut in half
crumbled blue cheese
glazed walnuts
optional: dried cranberries & pine nuts

Mix ingredients together. Note: Ranch or raspberry walnut dressings go well with this. Makes salad for 4.
