1 whole pineapple (cleaned & cored & sliced 3/4" rings)

1/2 c. sweet chili sauce
1 gallon sized zip lock bag

Directions:
Directions:
Put slices of pineapple into the zip lock bag and add about 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce. Marinate up to several hours if desired. You can skewer them, then put them on the barbecue and cook for several minutes until tender.
Note: The sweet chili sauce is a product of Thailand and is found in the oriental section of grocery stores or specialty stores. This sauce is good for all seafood and chicken and pineapple.
