1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese grated
6 eggs hard boiled and sliced
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
10-12 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour and milk. Cook until thickened, add cheese and cook until melted. Layer half the eggs, bacon and chips in casserole dish, cover with half the sauce, place another layer of eggs, bacon chips and sauce on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
