20 graham crackers crushed (or 2 c. graham cracker crumbs)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
4 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar and press into a 9x13 pan, reserving 1/2 c. of mixture. Combine rhubarb and sugar and let stand until juice forms. Then cook until tender (about 10 minutes). Gradually add one small pkg of strawberry jello to rhubarb mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add 2 c. small marshmallows while mixture is still warm. Cool until it starts to set. Then add 1 c. cream, whipped. Pour onto cracker crust. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Chill until served. Whipped topping may be used when served if desired.
