1/4 c. light or golden rum into 2 1/2 c. green tomato mincemeat; cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.

Directions:
Directions:
Turn into an unbaked 9 inch pastry shell, cover with vented top crust. Bake in a preheated 425 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
