2 medium zucchinis
oil
balsamic vinegar
pepper

Directions:
Cut zucchinis lengthwise. Mix oil, balsamic vinegar and pepper together. (May add chopped garlic.) Rub flesh side of zucchini in mixture. Let sit in mixture for more flavor. Place flesh side down on medium temperature BBQ. When nice and brown, flip over and cook until tender. Serves 4. This is Bill's creation...the BBQ guy. This is a family favorite...and simple of course.
