1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 of a bell pepper, chopped
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Shredded or chopped cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a large soup pot and add remaining ingredients. Add enough water to cover to soup. Cook covered for about an hour over low heat.
