1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes 1/2 c. green pepper 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. cucumber 1/4 c. onion 2 tsp. chopped parsley 1 clove garlic minced 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. canola oil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 2 c. tomato juice 1 can snappy tom
Combine all ingredients in bowl & chill at least 4 hrs. Top with croutons if desired. You may double if you wish.
