©canola spray oil
1 cup of self raising flour
2 tablespoons unprocessed wheat bran
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
100g sliced ham
1/2 cup of milk
60g of melted butter
1 egg lightly beaten

Directions:

©1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. lightly spray 12 mini muffin holes with canola spray.
2. Sift flour and bran into a bowl and stir in the cheese and ham. Make a well in the centre.
3. Whisk together milk, butter and egg, pour into the well and mix until just combined ( the mixture should still be lumpy).
4. divide the mixture evenly into the muffin holes and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the muffins have risen. Makes 12

Instead of ham you can use bacon and if you wanted you could add some spices or garlic and onion.
