White or red potatoes
Dried crushed rosemary
Paprika - 1 Tbsp. or more
Garlic salt
Dried basil
Garlic powder
Olive oil (I used flavored .... garlic, basil, etc.)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 º.

Cut potatoes into @1" cubes. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil ... Do not soak the potatoes but cover thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients .... The amounts to your liking. I add a LOT of paprika (@1+ Tbsp.)

Place on cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Bake at 425º for @ 30 minutes, stirring two-three times. Lower oven to 375º and bake another 30 minutes, stirring twice. Test for doneness. If done, place in the broiler and bake about 5 minutes until the outside is crunchy. I hope you enjoy them as much as my husband!

This recipe is the type you have to "play" with it several times until you figure out your oven. Even if they don't turn out crunchy, they are still yummy. The idea comes from The Grateful Bread restaurant in Pacific City on the Oregon Coast.
