1-1/2 lbs. ground pork
1-1/2 lbs. ground ham (can buy a chunk of ham and grind it in a food processor)
2 c. fresh bread crumbs (2-3 slices of bread, can also be ground in a food processor)
1-1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients together until smooth. Put in two loaf pans or in a medium glass dish. Mound a bit in middle so topping doesn't run over edge. To be safe, place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Combine pineapple, brown sugar and vinegar and pour over meat mixture, spreading evenly. Bake for 2 hours.
