1 pkg. chicken ramen noodles
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/3 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 package broccoli slaw
6 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Toast nuts and sesame seeds. Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packet from ramen to make dressing. In original package or ziploc bag, crumble ramen noodles. Combine all ingredients at the very last minute so noodles stay crunchy.

A light and crunchy coleslaw with a different seasoning twist. Must be combined at the last minute (although it's very easy to prep it ahead--toasting the nuts and seeds, making the dressing and crumbling the ramen).
