2 bunches broccoli (use florets and a bit of stem), steamed until cooked but not entirely limp
3/4 lb. bacon, cook crisp and cut up in small pieces
1 med. red onion, thinly sliced
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put steamed broccoli, bacon pieces, onion and feta in a bowl. Mix dressing until smooth: mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over bowl, and gently mix. Best served right after mixing or at room temperature.
